Florida Winery is our  "Go To' place at Mark Twain Lake.  It's a great place to sit on a sunny afternoon after boating or camping nearby.  

The wine is fabulous and is served in colorful sand buckets of ice. Our favs are the chardonnay and Florida Girl Merlot. Wine slushies are always delicious!

They have great entertainment on weekends and often have special events such as Mark-A-Twainaville that is Jimmy Buffet Florida Mo style.

The owners are always welcoming to all their guests and always willing to share a bit of Mark Twain and Florida, MO. history.

We are looking forward to this year with all of the surprises they have in store!

We had a great time in Florida MO at the Florida winery.  Warren, the owner, was great to work with. He accommodated us with some wine tasting, explained a lot of the towns history as well as some things about Mark Twain that we hadn't heard before.  The room we stayed in  was perfect size for 2 people for a night getaway.  The bed was comfy too. Warren made sure we had a fire pit and chairs at night, coffee in the morning, as well as recommendations to eat at.  If you love dogs he has the cutest white coworker that will give you lots of love.  We hope to be back soon to visit.
